Airbnb: Return to travel demand accelerates

As pandemic and variant fears have abated, travel demand continues to accelerate.  Our email intelligence was able to capture accelerated new guest and new host “welceome” related confirmation emails from Airbnb.  Additionally, our proprietary tracking of reservation confirmations showed a new leg of acceleration into the spring of 2022.
